Two of my favorite things happen to be entertaining and charity work. With the holidays now upon us I came up with the brilliant idea to combine the two. I have always loved hosting parties ever since I was a little girl and helped my grandmother set up for tea or a night dining out on the patio. I haven't had a big event at my apartment except for the Easter brunch my NL and I decided to co host together. This event will take place the first week of December and each guest is requested to bring a gift to be donated to children's memorial hospital.
Now the real planning begins. I'm already very organized so putting everything will be a cinch. I am sending out invitations this weekend and have selected to order from tinyprints.com. They have an enormous amount of great invitations to chose from, as well as thank you notes, Christmas cards and stationary that would make the perfect gift for your well monogrammed friends.
